• Staffing and Scheduling Committees (SSRAC) – UMMAP members can fill out a SSRAC activation form to resolve issues in their departments and worksites. For details, contact office@ummap6739.org.
• Communications Committee – If you have experience with social media, creating flyers and posters, website development/design, consider joining the the Communications Committee! This committee meets online every other Monday at 8:00 PM.
• Elections Committee – This committee comes together to direct membership votes and elections, like our contract ratification or officer & steward elections. The committee also sends election notifications and results to members.
• Social Committee – This committee plans the union’s social events. We are a stronger union when we spend together outside of work. This committee planned the ratification party, breast cancer walk, and Tigers outings, among other events. Our goal is to create a union social calendar on an annual basis.

The UMMAP Stewards’ Council is our legislative body.  Our stewards  keeping us informed and providing union representation at the ground level.  Like our Executive Boards, our stewards are our coworkers and our elected by us.  To become a steward, you can can contact us at office@ummap6739.org.
