The entire Executive Board is up for election, namely: President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, ADEPT Chair, Medical Assistants Chair, Laboratory Chair, Rehabilitation Chair, Hospital Services Chair, and Behavioral Chair.

And members will also vote for stewards for their respective jurisdiction. UMMAP Steward Jurisdictions are organized by place of employment, as follows: University Hospital, Mott, On-Site Ambulatory Care Centers, Lab, Kellogg, Southwest, North, East, and Campus.

TERM DURATION

All officers and stewards will be elected to serve two year terms, from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027.

TIMELINE

April 3, 2025	Notice of start of the nomination period emailed to all members.
May 3, 2025	Deadline for receipt of written nomination petitions.
May 19, 2025	List of Officer and Steward candidates emailed to all members by the Elections Committee.
June 2-6, 2025	Date of Officers Election
June 6, 2025	Ballots counted and officer election results announced.
June 9-13, 2025	Date of Stewards Election
June 13, 2025	Ballots counted and steward election results announced.
